Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • We currently offer only one shipping option.
  • The estimated delivery time is usually up to 5 business days. 
  • Please note that all shipping times provided (including those shown at checkout) are non-binding estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and may be subject to change.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. This may be subject to change in the future.

Order Tracking

  • We may provide tracking numbers for your orders and use a variety of shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

  • If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at evotradeug@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Evo Trade UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Evo Trade UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it is still not found, contact us at evotradeug@gmail.com for further assistance.
